Plan - 1400 Sportwin
The Sportwin was designed by Mark Rittinger as a fast yet controllable twin-motor Speed-400-powered airplane. It features a 38.5-in. wingspan and is 30.75 inches long. The model was featured in S&E Modeler magazine. It is a built-up balsa, spruce and plywood model. It was originally designed for 8-cell NiMH power, but would be well suited to brushless motors and 3- to 4-cell LiPo power.
